This post has been long pending :)
Anyway, this post is for anyone who loves Indian food as much as me! Staying in London limits my indian food intake. So when my friend told me about this Indian restaurant 'Dishoom' in Covent Garden, i HAD to go and give it a try. Trust me i'v tried all the recommended indian eateries in London, but this beats just about all i'v been to. The first thing that strikes you when you enter this 'Bombay Cafe' is the old world vibe that it evokes. It's decorated with amazing old photos and beautiful discreet lights. Where else can you find Limca and Thums Up in London? :) [I'm a hardcore Thums Up lover]

My 5 top buys of March

So there are these five favorite items i bought this month that i am so in love with. Just wanted to share it with you’ll  :)

Sheer split maxi skirt by Zara. Okay so i must admit, this is not EXACTLY the one i bought, mine has splits on both sides and is black, but you get the idea :) I’m a total sucker for maxi dresses and maxi skirts.

Wayfarers from Ray Ban. Nothing is as classic to me as these. I can never wear anything other than wayfarers.

Mint green T-shirt from Zara. One of the hottest colors for Spring Summer ‘12, a delightful addition to my wardrobe.

Nude sheer maxi dress with a side split from Miss Selfridge. Just the right amount of pretty and just the right amount of sexy.

Wet look leggings from Topshop. Super flattering and super super stylish.

Lately i have been completely obsessed with this amazing website called Pinterest. It’s a great way to plan and organize things you love. You need to request for an invitation to join their site, but once you’re in, it’s great :)

Toshop lovin'

Anyone who knows me, knows i’m crazy about Topshop. There hasn’t been a single instance when i have entered Topshop and left it without buying something.

So when i was given an assignment from my university to style and photograph an advert for a magazine, doing so for Topshop was pretty much implied and obvious. My wonderful sister Akshata volunteered to model, and being the stunning person that is she is, she did complete justice to my work.

I have styled her from head to toe Topshop, few pieces from her wardrobe and a few from mine.
